We are closed weekends & bank holidays.
We will send you an order confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered.
Dispatch & Delivery
We offer a variety of delivery options. For details, please see our Delivery information page.
Once your order has been confirmed we will dispatch your order to the address you have listed as "delivery/shipping address". Please ensure that all parts of your delivery/shipping address are correct when placing your order or this may delay the dispatch of your order.
If you have any questions or concerns about your delivery you can call 01469 532279 and quote your order number to track the progress of your order.

If you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased from trade.premierequine.co.uk you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund*.
Returning Items To Us
Collection From Door - UK Mainland Only
We can arrange for DPD to collect your item from your door any day Monday-Friday for £10 which is payable by card at the time of booking.

Post Office/ Local Courier
You can return items to us using your own methods, however we advise using a trackable service.
You can return items to the address listed on the Contact Us page.

Duties & Taxes - Europe & International
Depending on your order's value, your Premier Equine shipment may be subject to customs import duties and taxes applied when the delivery reached the destination country.
Please note that we have no control over these charges, and we cannot predict their amount as this can vary widely from country to country. The responsibility for payment of any such import duties and taxes falls to the receiver.
For further information, please contact your local customs office.
If you do not pay the duties and taxes or the delivery fails and your order is returned, you may be subject to the delivery and return costs being deducted from your refund.

What Do I Do If I've Received A Faulty Product?
If you have received a product that you believe is faulty, please email firstname.lastname@example.org including as much information as possible such as: order number, the date you ordered, a description of the fault and attach photos showing the fault clearly.
